4. Digital delivery

5. Software and equipment

Course material is licensed to the named buyer for personal learning. It may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared with a team or used to train another course without written permission. Practice images may be used only within the licence stated with the product.

7. Buyer-supplied images

The buyer must own or hold sufficient permission for every image submitted to a live or private review. Do not submit confidential, restricted or unlawfully obtained material.

8. Educational limitation

Products provide education, not done-for-you retouching, legal advice, employment placement or business management. Client approval, portfolio acceptance, bookings, income and professional outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Live sessions

10. Refunds and cancellation
