3. Payment and contract

Prices are shown in USD as one-time payments unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed only after Stripe confirms payment for the matching product. Buyers are responsible for any currency-conversion or issuer charges.

4. Digital delivery

Access or download instructions are sent to the checkout email using the delivery timing stated on the product page. The buyer must provide a working email address and check filtered folders.

5. Software and equipment

Adobe Photoshop, RAW processors, hardware, storage, calibration devices, fonts, plugins and third-party subscriptions are not included unless explicitly listed. Buyers must confirm compatibility before purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Course material is licensed to the named buyer for personal learning. It may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared with a team or used to train another course without written permission. Practice images may be used only within the licence stated with the product.

7. Buyer-supplied images

The buyer must own or hold sufficient permission for every image submitted to a live or private review. Do not submit confidential, restricted or unlawfully obtained material.

8. Educational limitation

Products provide education, not done-for-you retouching, legal advice, employment placement or business management. Client approval, portfolio acceptance, bookings, income and professional outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Live sessions

Before buying a live product, contact support to confirm the next dates, time zone, seat availability, submission scope and review limit. The confirmed booking message forms part of the purchase description.

10. Refunds and cancellation

11. Acceptable use
