Each product page states the format, requirements, access, support and exclusions. Please check software compatibility and product scope before payment.

2. Digital products

Where digital access or files have already been delivered, refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.

3. Faulty access

If the supplied link, file or account does not work, contact support with the order email and product name. A reasonable attempt will be made to restore access or replace the affected file before another remedy is considered.

4. Material mismatch

A request may be reviewed where the delivered product materially differs from its published page. Preferences about teaching style, lack of software or limited independent practice do not by themselves establish a defect.

5. Live and private services

Any refund for a scheduled programme depends on the cancellation point, sessions already delivered, reserved capacity and the confirmed product rules.

6. Request route

Send refund requests to kolisnyklazy@outlook.com. Include the checkout email, product name, payment date and a concise explanation. Never include card details.

7. Decision and payment route

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and currency-conversion timing remains outside the provider’s control.
