1. Product accuracy
Names, prices, formats, lesson counts, access, support and exclusions are checked against the corresponding live Stripe Checkout. Material changes are corrected promptly.
2. Usable learning material
Digital files should open in the stated format, follow a visible sequence and include the referenced worksheets or practice assets. Known software-version limits should be stated.
3. Image rights
Course practice files should be original or licensed for the stated educational use. Learners are responsible for rights to images they submit or edit independently.
4. Honest teaching
The course distinguishes general workflow from personal style and current software features. It does not present generated examples, demonstrations or subjective grading choices as proof of client results.
5. Feedback
Any published review must be attributable, approved and presented without invented results. Until verified reviews exist, the site intentionally publishes none.
6. Support boundaries
Support follows the scope shown on the product page. Self-guided products do not include private critique; group and private formats must define review limits before sale.
7. Corrections
Material errors should be corrected promptly. Significant changes to delivered content or access should be communicated to affected buyers.
